Are you and your partner seeming distant from each other lately ? Does it always seem as if you are fighting and are never in agreement?

If you answered yes, then you have arrived at the right place. In working with couples, it is important to first establish safety and rapport. Oftentimes, relationships become difficult because individuals become comfortable and assume their partner knows what they want and need. However, when this happens it is breaking the foundational piece of maintaining a healthy relationship.

I work with couples in teaching them to ask for what they want and respond in non-threatening and aggressive manner- Effective Communication Skills. Couples will also, develop an understanding of their Attachment Style and how early childhood unmet needs may be impacting your relationship in ways that one may have never imagined.
